Tower Alchemist: Defend Khaldoria – Devlog Version 0.16
Shielded enemies, a clearer battlefield, and smoother luck – Patch 0.16 is here
Patch 0.16 brings armored monsters with physical shields, a revamped ground shader for easier flask placement, and a couple of fixes! 🎉
🔨 Major Updates
Armored Monsters: Physical Shields Armored monsters now come equipped with a physical shield that has its own hit points. Arrow and Cannon Towers must break through the shield before they can damage the monster's health, while magic attacks ignore it completely. Splash explosions destroy the shield instantly.
New Ground Shader System We've implemented a new shader system for the mob path that makes it much easier to see where you can use your flasks.
✨ Minor Updates
Long unlucky streaks with proc chances now occur significantly less often.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where mana dropped by defeated minions was too low in some waves of Singleplayer levels.
Fixed an issue where mob health bars were displayed inside the ground.
