We prepared v0.2.1 as a quick follow-up focused on the feedback you sent us.

Even small comments help, so please feel free to tell us about anything inconvenient, unclear, or incorrect.

Combat

  • Improved the unit combat engine so battles flow more smoothly.

  • Increased the impact of the main commander's Leadership on unit combat strength.

  • Unit attack: main commander Leadership x 0.5 + main commander Warfare x 0.5

  • Unit defense: 0.7 + main commander Leadership / 100 x 0.6

  • Changed the battle result screen layout.

  • During siege battles, the target city's commerce, agriculture, and public order now decrease as the siege progresses.

UX

  • Right-click now works like Escape for closing or going back.

  • Battles can now be paused and resumed with Spacebar.

UI

  • Unified hover tooltip UI with the in-game visual style.

  • Added hover explanations to various UI elements.

  • Added direct encyclopedia access to several popups, including true-name reveal windows.

  • Added Age to the left panel and wide officer list columns.

  • Adjusted world map city name colors so player, other-faction, and Independent Cities are easier to distinguish.

  • Immediate changes to reputation, gold, food, and other values are now shown with floating text.

  • Changed the prisoner handling screen layout.

  • Added information popups related to spies, inspections, and unit deployment.

  • Added many smaller UI improvements for better usability.

Other

  • When intel level rises for enemy or allied cities, spy/inspection orders now automatically switch to Maintain.

  • Cities without a ruling faction are now called Independent Cities.

  • Independent City troop counts are shown regardless of that city's intel level.

  • Adjusted Real Name Certificate balance. Hybrid/Alias modes now start with 5 certificates instead of 10.

  • Added a Suggest Stats button to the officer encyclopedia. It opens the Officer DB website, where you can send suggestions about that officer's stats. If you spot mistakes in stats or biographies, please let us know.

  • Adjusted the default BGM volume and lowered the source audio volume.

  • Fixed an issue where the Boost policy was incorrectly labeled as Encourage.

Thank you!
