IMPORTANT

  • Added Gohaeng Mode. Unlocked by playing any of the three base modes (Real Name / Mixed / Alias) for 3 years (36 turns). Gohaeng Mode is roughly as challenging as the pre-patch base modes — the base modes themselves have been made easier.

  • Made the Courier System optional. It is OFF by default in the three base modes and can be toggled ON/OFF in Gohaeng Mode. Turning it OFF makes all ruler commands take effect immediately.

  • Added a Large Text option. Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese have it enabled by default; it can be toggled in the Settings popup.

  • Improved the usability of the left-side panel, including a new back-navigation feature.

  • Fixed an issue where the language could become incorrectly locked on first launch.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Added an AP popover. Click the AP display at the top of the screen to see the current AP breakdown and how it is calculated.

  • Eased AP restrictions during ruler movement from a full block to a fixed [c]-50[/c] penalty. Rulers can now issue commands while on the move.

  • Polished the early tutorial and advice flow so the opening progression feels more natural.

  • Added an ON/OFF toggle for city troop display. Even when turned off, hovering over a city still shows troop count.

  • Added a new reveal route: a Local Official serving 24 consecutive turns in a player-owned city will have their real name revealed.

  • Improved the Local Official appointment screen to show both the current assignee and the incoming officer at the same time.

  • Updated the affinity indicator icons: green circle (Good) / yellow square (Neutral) / red triangle (Bad) / gray diamond (Unknown — officers with intel level 0 in Gohaeng Mode).

  • Added individual BGM and SFX mute toggles to the Settings popup. Volume levels are preserved while muting, and the setting persists after restarting the game.

  • Improved various command result modals.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where some officer aliases appeared in Korean after loading a save.

  • Fixed an issue where closing the retreat city selection panel in a defensive battle could cancel the attack.

  • Refined auto-formation logic for attack and defense separately, and prevented the ruler from being auto-assigned as commander in normal attacks.

  • Fixed an issue where the movement and battle state from a previous session could remain after ending a session and loading in-game.

  • Standardized the intel command failure penalty to [c]-1[/c] intelligence for Persuasion, Subversion, and Surrender Request.
