Hi everyone!

Today’s update includes a variety of smaller improvements and fixes, but there is one change we especially want to highlight:

Over the last few months, we have been working on improving The Perfect Tower II’s localization system and with this update, around 90% of the game can now be localized.

This is especially important for everyone in the community helping with translations.

Many strings that were previously hardcoded or difficult to access are now part of the localization system, making translations much easier to create and maintain.

There are still a few areas of the game that are not fully localizable yet, but the vast majority of text should now be available.

We really appreciate all the effort the community puts into making The Perfect Tower II accessible to more players around the world.

One of our next steps will be to communicate how we're going to handle all the different languages and how you can get involved. Once everything is localizable we're ready for a proper localization update!

Please let us know if you find any missing translations or broken labels and of course any bugs you find.

Changes

  • rebaked navmesh for forest with different settings to hopefully fix enemies getting stuck at a certain point

  • transformed about 90% of text in the game into a localizable text with english translation

Fixes

  • fixed statistics in museum not showing current and total when leaving tab and returning later on

  • fixed construction firm building tooltips sometimes not refreshing after reloading a save

  • fixed winter wonderland artifact not unlocking despite having the winter wonderland achievement

  • fixed element era research worker not refreshing hits taken and enemies killed when using them for research

  • fixed headquarters tutorial still mentioning software toggles being in the options menu instead of dedicated menu

  • fixed crafter showing crafting counts beyond the item stack limit when entering the maximum stack size as input

  • fixed sky blessing buff not being localized

  • fixed tower range indicator being toggled when clicking on the tower through UI
