New Game Progression

A new game progression has been added that features new puzzles, secrets and new manifestations. Also, now you can actually finish the first maze!

The new progression also features brand new achievements for the first time. But be aware, these achievements can only be awarded in saves where cheating is disabled.

New Items

There are quite a few new items in this update. Some of them are required for actual progression, while others are only optional that can ease the gameplay. Be prepared for finding and assembling various parts to be able to progress and get to that sweet exit.

The game will also now try to give you hints for what kinds of crafting recipes are out there.

Interaction Highlighting and Input Hints

Ever noticed that white outline that appears when aiming at an item? Well now it appears on every interactable thing there is, not just items, allowing you to be able to spot these things much easier now.

Along with this, new input hints have been added to the game that appear at the start of a new save. They give you hints as to what various controls do, for example toggling the flashing on by pressing the F key.

Various Improvements

Various improvements and quality of life changes have been made. The most notable one is the saving system, which has been revamped to be more secure and compatible with cloud saving. Unfortunately, older saves that have been saved before 0.2 will become corrupted in the newer version and thus resulting in them not being able to be loaded since the system is not backwards compatible due to security issues.

Another improvements are UI focused, which should make the UI much easier to interact with. For example, now you can close various UIs by pressing your inventory key instead of reaching all the way to the escape key, or if you like it the "mouse style", you can also press the new close button now.

The improvements also reach out to various manifestations. Some of the logic has been changed and improved, meaning that they are now more hostile with perhaps new surprises.

-- Also, watch out for secrets!!!!
