Build 11 Update - EMP Device

Next week will hopefully feature the new map: Deliasi Platform. Here's this week changelog: Implemented the EMP Spike devices in insidious mode, for now the only item that can split players.

addedNext week will hopefully feature the new map: Deliasi Platform. Here's this week changelog:
fixedImplemented the EMP Spike devices in insidious mode, for now the only item that can split players. Two of these devices must be set and a countdown of 100 seconds will start, if timer runs out insidious automatically wins and receives an extra of 200 points in disruption score. Players can still disable the first one if they see it before setting the second one. - Added a small light inside gun cabinet so the pistol itself is a bit more visible. - Fixed a moderate issue with network system which bugged a bit the footsteps sound of non-visible players (like when they approach from behind) and which made the invisible players walk-stutter a bit from the Stalker's point of view. - Improved the values of some metallic textures in The Ellipse (were too dark). - Implemented an auxiliary behavior for a case in which the 'Starting in' text would activate again when loading level (report if this happens again). - Fixed an issue in which sometimes the message when a player would connect would not show the username. - Fixed an issue in the 'secret area' in which if a player would crash or disconnect, the behavior to open the gate would bug. - Implemented a behavior for the case in which host crashes while loading, a new host should be chosen and players would not get stuck in loading screen. - Added a message for when player's inventory is full (a system to be able to drop non-critical items will be implemented soon) - Added the opposite mutagen of helium voices (was already coded but not added) - Smoke devices would always face upwards for all players (no random angle). - Increased the default noise threshold from 10% to 20% in Stalker mode.
