Tartaria: Frozen Frontier changes
We have decided to temporarily deactivate the Tartaria demo.
After releasing the demo and reviewing the initial results, it became clear that the game needs more than another regular update. Several core systems, the campaign structure, and the opening experience require a deeper rework.
Our goal is to make the approaching Long Winter the central crisis of the game, expand the roles of clans, settlements, population, and political decisions, and redesign both the military system and the overall gameplay loop.
The current demo no longer represents the direction in which Tartaria is developing, so we do not want to continue distributing it in its present state.
Development will continue through a new testing phase. Once the reworked version is ready to properly represent the game, the demo will become available again.
Thank you to everyone who has already played, shared feedback, or wishlisted Tartaria. Your responses helped us understand which parts of the game require the most significant changes.
This is not the end of development. It is the beginning of a new stage for Tartaria.
You can continue following the project here on Steam.
