Tactilite changes
Tactilite has been out for a few days now, and first of all: Thank you! Seeing you play and manage your teams has been incredible.
I’ve been closely following your feedback and reviews. One point came up quite clearly: while the core is fun, the game hasn't reached its full potential in terms of depth and variety yet. I hear you – and I agree!
Tactilite is a passion project, and I want it to be the best version of itself. That’s why I’ve spent the last few days mapping out the future of the game. Here is the official 2026 Roadmap:
- April 25thBug Fixes & the new Ascension Sandbox (New ways to restart and customize your journey).
Early May: Skill Trees for players and Tactical Bonds (Deepen the RPG elements and reward long-term team chemistry).
End of May: Interactive Match Events & a Dynamic Transfer Market (Take control during the match and negotiate hard for your star players).
- June & beyondNew Achievements, a full Tutorial, and constant Polishing.
I’m committed to making Tactilite deeper, more tactical, and even more rewarding. Thank you for being part of this journey!
A Word on Development & AI: I’ve seen some discussions regarding the use of AI, and I want to be transparent with you. Yes, I use AI tools during the development process. As a solo developer, AI is an essential tool for me to identify and fix complex bugs much faster. Instead of spending hours hunting for a single syntax error, these tools help me clear technical hurdles efficiently. This allows me to focus my energy where it matters most: on new gameplay features and implementing your feedback.
What’s beyond the Roadmap? (A little teaser 🤐) The roadmap above is just the beginning. I’m already planning a major content update for later this summer. I have six brand-new Manager Archetypes in the works that will completely change how you approach the game. Stay tuned—the tactical depth is about to get a lot bigger!
