Tabletop Game Shop Simulator changes
Happy new year from the whole team! Thank you for all the support, feedback, bug reports, and cozy shop screenshots. In a couple of months, we’ll be kicking off the year with a new update focused on progression, competition, and a nice chunk of community-requested improvements.
Below is an overview of what’s coming next:
New Systems & Improvements
Leaderboards: We’re adding leaderboards so you can compare your shop’s performance with other players — including things like overall shop ranking and customer satisfaction.
- More Progression (and faster leveling)We'll be extending the max shop level, and we’ll also be speeding up the leveling pace to better match the new levels and make progression feel smoother.
Better Cardboard Boxes Management: We’ve heard you loud and clear: this update includes improvements to how cartons/boxes are handled and managed, aiming to make the flow smoother and less fiddly.
Important Community Requests: A set of highly requested changes and QoL fixes are planned as part of this patch.
New Content (the fun stuff)
- Decorations & DisplaysExpect new shop decorations, including large display pieces, cardboard-style decor, and new ways to showcase your collections in the store.
- New CustomersWe’re adding new customer types to bring more variety to your daily shop life.
- New Licensed MiniaturesOf course, the next update will introduce new figures
- New Products to SellYou’ll get new shop items to stock and sell, including practical store items and more hobby goodies (posters, books, painting supplies, basing materials, and more).
When?
You can expect this update to land around the end of February / early March. As always, we’ll share more details (and full patch notes) as we get closer and lock everything in.
In the meantime: if you have one thing you’d love to see improved next, drop it in the comments, we’re watching closely.
Thanks again for being here, and here’s to an awesome 2026 ❤️ Steam post image
