As promised, we have been working around the clock to improve the employee system and fix those freezing bugs. They are now smarter, more efficient, and way less likely to stand around staring into space.

Alongside the massive employee AI rewrite, we’ve alsoadded a few community requests.

Here is the full breakdown of everything live in today's patch:

Employee Improvements & AI Overhaul

Smarter Task Management

  • Strict Assignments: Employees are now limited to their assigned tasks. (Note: Employees assigned to stocking will still help clean the shop if there are no products left to buy or place).

  • Proactive Restocking: Employees will now restock shelves as soon as 2 or less products remain.

  • Better Logistics: Employees now utilize the reserve much more efficiently when stocking products.

  • Polite Workers: Employees will now wait for all customers to leave the shop before clocking out and leaving.

New Capabilities & Passive Income

  • Crafting: Employees can now assemble and paint figurines that have never been assembled or painted before.

  • No More Wasted TimeEmployees now generate money during working hours even when there are no figurines available to assemble/paint, or when they are sitting alone at a gaming table.

Critical Freeze & Stuck Fixes

  • Fixed employees restocking cleared labels.

  • Fixed employees becoming frozen when cleaning the same dirt spot as the player.

  • Fixed employees getting stuck when shelf contents were changed.

  • Fixed employees becoming frozen when recycling gaming or painting tables they were trying to use.

  • Fixed employees becoming frozen when trying to interact with certain boxes.

Gameplay, Interaction & Quality of Life

  • Pack DifferentiationAdded licence names to base figurine packs to help you tell them apart easily.
  • Wargame ExpansionAdded more opponent squads to the Wargame.
  • Shop AestheticsImproved the appearance of some of the new wall skins and added more dirt/footprint variety to the floors.
  • Pack Opening Luck: Super Legendary packs are now guaranteed to be the last pack in a box for that classic suspenseful opening.

  • CreditsAdded the game credits to the main menu.

Bug Fixes & Polish

  • LocalizationFixed some translation issues across multiple languages.
  • LabelsFixed a bug where labels could not be cleared immediately after loading a save.
  • LicencingFixed missing and incorrect licence names and images.
  • VisualsFixed texture issues for Ravenna, Mother of Madness when displayed in a showcase.
  • BalanceFixed the Wargame effect of Festering Spitter using incorrect values.
