Fixed an issue where contracts could fail to generate in settlements for an extended period of time. You may need to wait approximately one day for them to reappear.
Definitively fixed the crash caused by using "Befoul the Remains" in certain situations.
Fixed a softlock in the "Brewery's Fate" quest that occurred when helping the brewer first, then clearing the brewery and reporting the cart to Verren.
Fixed incorrect Bonus Range value for "Seal of Power" and the Farseer Staff.
Proselytes will no longer kill themselves and allies with "Lash Blessing".
Undisturbed enemies will now only become hostile upon seeing fleeing allies if their flight was caused by the player character.
Fixed incorrect reputation penalty behavior in one of the new quest's outcomes.
Fixed incorrect timer behavior in one of the new quest's phases, which could cause it to fail despite all conditions being met.
