Weapon Effects new mechanic:
each weapon can have only one effect. Currently there are only 2 effects available - Burning and Poison, but more will be added in the future.
New Burning effect
a debuff that deals damage equal to its current stack count to the unit each turn, and the stack increases by 1 every turn. While a unit is burning, it gains the Extinguishing buff: moving reduces the burning stack by 1 for each tile traversed.
Cards and unit animations have been reworked and optimized
They are now faster to make the game feel more dynamic. Some effects are now combined when triggered. For example, opportunity attacks from enemies when you leave their zone of control now happen simultaneously, so the enemy turn doesn't drag on.
Also
Added new attack animations for one-handed weapons.
Movement system has been reworked to make it easier to add new mechanics in the future.
