Statecraft: Corrupted Democracy changes
Added a custom cursor: a pixel-art fountain pen.
If there is a ruling party in government, an end-of-term letter is now sent to all players summarizing the term’s outcome: interest-group relation change based on the current country state, the impacts on Economy, Military Power, Unrest, and Infamy, plus a total score.
Fixes (mostly multiplayer/load):
Fixed clients being unable to use event actions after loading.
Fixed old tutorial reminders showing up after loading.
Fixed alliance requests disappearing after load in singleplayer.
Cleaned up C1 event and info icon/info event flow.
Fixed sending money via Online “Send Help.”
Fixed incorrect vote share calculations on the host after loading.
Fixed missing autosaves on special turns (revolution start / election turn) causing loads to fall back to the previous turn.
Addressed parties’ money and interest-group relations loading incorrectly based on host/client status.
