Event options now show who/when they apply (e.g., “applies to parties that chose this option”).

- Newspapersapplause/boo SFX based on your or your pick’s result; vote stamp SFX added.
Messages/notifications use postage-stamp letters; click to jump to the related message.
Alliance offers + revolution start/win/lose are fully localized and broadcast to all players.
Fixed sender/recipient mix-up in alliance offers (should be resolved).
MP lobby: party selection required (no auto-assign Liberal), prevents duplicates.
People interest group → Apolitical (renamed everywhere).
Region action “Rally” → “Intimidate.”
Achievement-Tutorial reminders added: in-game cause/effect hints (e.g., suggest Fundraising if broke).
