Full Starship EVO update
The complete published notes, normalized for clean reading and source attribution.
The way jobs are scheduled have been completely overhauled.
It is aimed at fixing a lot of those random crashes many of you have experienced.
WARNING: It is very highly experimental for now, so please report any regression you spot! if necessary I will rollback the build while doing the fixes.
