addedSo since the game insists to keep giving me bugs, I'm GIVING IT BUGS RIGHT BACK.That's right! I'm adding bugs! They're Animons and they're buggy (it's intentional). Their Trick costs glitch around and can get more expensive or cheaper. They're called... Bug (Patience, Fury, Wisdom). And they come with a new Badge: Bug Squasher. If you defeat (squash) 20 of those Bugs, you'll unlock another new one as a starter: Codervish (Mystery).
addedCritical FixesI have also spend some time this week working on the more critical issues. A bigger one is the infinite loop that the enemy intelligence can get stuck in, locking the battle. I have optimized the code and added several safety checks to prevent it and I think I have covered the majority of occurrences. There might still be cases where it happens but they should be rare and I can deal with them then.
fixedCritical FixesThanks for the players who are reporting bugs, it is incredibly helpful and they are fixed so much faster than when I try to find them on my own. So thanks again!
addedGeneral Updates / ChangesYmsick and Zehilsila should now have their intended Boss Tricks, like Malyx. Defeating a Boss adds those Tricks to the general loot pool. They are Sorta Dope (Legendary) so it's rare to get them (that's why I also haven't confirmed yet if that works yet haha...). If anyone finally gets a Boss Trick in their loot, let me know!
changedGeneral Updates / ChangesSpeaking of Tricks: Some Tricks might still be build based on the older Buff / Debuff system. I have transitioned to handling everything via status conditions but haven't gotten around updating all the Tricks yet. So if you encounter a Trick that seems to not make sense or their effects appear pointless, it means it's one of those that hasn't been updated yet. Report those and I'll get on them asap (unless I find them first!)

Hi, me again!

Thanks for everyone who is playing so far, you will probably have encountered some bugs. A few of them were rather game-breaking. I don't know where they're coming from, it can't possibly be my code or my fault in general. Nuh-uh.

So since the game insists to keep giving me bugs, I'm GIVING IT BUGS RIGHT BACK.

That's right!

Codervish has the cool Quirk that it can learn 1 Trick from any Aspect. Normally, an Animon can only learn Curiosity + the Aspect(s) it has. This one can have 1 that's any and you can also swap it.

Critical Fixes

I have also spend some time this week working on the more critical issues. A bigger one is the infinite loop that the enemy intelligence can get stuck in, locking the battle. I have optimized the code and added several safety checks to prevent it and I think I have covered the majority of occurrences. There might still be cases where it happens but they should be rare and I can deal with them then.

Thanks for the players who are reporting bugs, it is incredibly helpful and they are fixed so much faster than when I try to find them on my own. So thanks again!

General Updates / Changes

Ymsick and Zehilsila should now have their intended Boss Tricks, like Malyx. Defeating a Boss adds those Tricks to the general loot pool. They are Sorta Dope (Legendary) so it's rare to get them (that's why I also haven't confirmed yet if that works yet haha...). If anyone finally gets a Boss Trick in their loot, let me know!

Speaking of Tricks: Some Tricks might still be build based on the older Buff / Debuff system.

The Trampoline item is now working again. you can use it to jump another lane if you don't like your options. I have several fun things planned for the boardgame mode so stay tuned.
