Changelog:
fixed some save game issues (incorrect bonus for research lab, space elevator disappearing after loading a game, doubled marketplace offers, issues with Fusion Power contract)
fixed issues with cancelling cyclical missions, cyclical missions working improperly with solar sails, necessary fuel estimation
fixed some minor bugs (solar array production on Phobos, wrong gravity value applying to some LVs on specific locations
added tooltips for crew shuttle
balanced solar sails SC (significantly reduced cargo capacity and increased construction costs of solar sails SC)
