Game Updates:
Reverted Healing Soft Cap (Decay) values.
Buff extension effects no longer apply to buffs with a 1-turn duration.
Editor Updates:
Added "Instant Charge Attack" effect type. Additionally, if "Instant Attack" or "Instant C.A." is triggered by a count-based buff, it will now properly decrement the count and remove the buff when it reaches zero.
Fixed an issue where Stacks could not apply Debuffs.
Added functionality to hide Active Skills, Passives, and Artifact Skills in the editor.
Fixed path resolution issues in Advanced Modding and added Input Form functionality.
Restored the hidden cap editing feature for Charge Attacks.
Setting a Cap value to -1 now ignores all damage caps (Infinite Cap).
