I just uploaded the latest build, 1.0.13. Here's what's been fixed:
Fixed a bug where some enemy projectiles would go through walls
Fixed a bug where enemies would behave strangely when losing the player
Fixed a bug where enemies would behave strangely when set on fire
Overhauled the skull-fire puzzle, it was very finicky before but now behaves correctly
Fixed a UI bug with the blood symbols puzzle
Added a prompt for the save objects, now shows that you have to press 'E' to open the menu
Fixed a bug with a couple item pickups that didn't disappear correctly when picked up
I'll be putting out at least 1 new build tomorrow as well, with more fixes and updates.
