Set up the intercept

Using the same map tools as in the encounter mode, you can turn the contact data your hydrophone operator is providing into an attack plan—and decide when to commit to an encounter.

Build the firing solution Estimate the target position, calculate the shot, and line up the approach. Get into periscope range and estimate distance via stadimeter - stay hidden by keeping your periscope checks short.

Make it count Flood your tubes, check your torpedo gyros, and commit to your shot!

Cribbage - For long patrols, vary things up by playing some cribbage against a crewman. Your stats are stored for the campaign.

Lifeguarding missions - In later phases of the war, you'll receive orders to search and rescue downed airmen.

Full Scenarios

  • no more limits to one ship - strike large convoys in any weather or time of day, with differing difficulty levels, intelligent destroyers, and potential air support being called in to hunt you.

Achievements

  • gather 32 Steam achievements covering tactical feats, AOB training, cribbage, patrols, campaigns, and long-term career milestones.
