Thank you to the near 200 players who’ve joined SHED since the playtest launched in February.
Following a couple of tweaks to the multiplayer system it accidentally removed the ability to join new lobbies via code/room browser/matchmaking.
This has now been fixed and you can now host eight player quick games/tournaments again.
Since the last post in February we wanted to let the playtest breathe a bit instead of pushing features/updates/bug fixes every day. However today we’ve added some new features (alongside the multiplayer bugfix):
Enhanced VS transition screen across all modes, smoother intros, better layouts, full custom avatar support
Combo bonuses added, earn bonus SHED coin in play, the more hands you play without picking up the higher the bonus. Multiplier added for multiplayer!
We’ve added four new bosses to our single player mode taking the total to 16! This includes an extra four profile pictures and many more achievements to unlock.
We’ve also started to trial support for Spanish! More languages will be added as we move closer to launch.
