Sellsword Tales Prologue changes
Hello everyone!
I want to share some news about the development progress and plans for future content.
Over the last month, I've been porting the project to a new version of Unity and Spine (it was quite a sweat). I'm really happy with the update, especially for the second program. This will not only speed up work on new animations but also improve their quality!
For example, it adds physics for all sorts of juicy details...
I've also been testing and continue to test the main storyline branch, and I've been planning new content for future updates.
Regarding the latter, I've settled on one of three options. I can't wait to share my developments and know your opinion!
Scenario #1: House of Pleasures (The winner)
"... The young warrior woman once again ventures into the brothel. She will uncover the secrets hidden by the inhabitants of this sweet, sinful place..."
This story includes:
primary theme is MONSTERGIRL
2 new locations
6 new characters, some of whom may become companions in the future
Two main branches: one contains harsher (non-sexual) violent content
Foundation for future quests with various characters that lead to spicy H-scenes
Concepts:

Scenario #2: Spider's Lair
"... The mine closures are killing the town. This can't continue! It's time for the mercenary to take up her sword and restore mining operations..."
This story includes:
primary theme MONSTERGIRL and MONSTER, with harsher scenes compared to Scenario #1.
Possibility of a "bad ending":
the warrior becomes a part of hive of the cave dwellers and experiences the full reproductive cycle of the Arachnes
New regular enemies (Arachnes) and a boss fight
6 new locations
Crafting and alchemy mechanics
New item: "Horse-Drawn Wagon," which significantly expands inventory capacity
Concepts:

This path will lead to procedural dungeons mechanic in the future! (In this case it would been 1 large procedural dungeon)
Scenario #3: Bloody Temple
"... Step through the portal and visit a temple lost to time. Solve puzzle and defeat dangerous foes to meet a captivating vampire..."
This story includes:
primary theme Vampire + light femdom
Possibility of a "bad ending" where the warrior becomes the red-eyed vampire's thrall
2 new characters who may become companions in the future
New enemies and a boss fight
Chance to obtain a legendary item!
6 new locations
Concepts:

This path will lead to procedural dungeons in the future! (In this case it would been a several procedural dungeons)
The choice settled on the first scenario,"House of Pleasures."My main focus will be implementing it and the accompanying mechanics. But I want to add the other options to the game later.
I'm also currently testing an improvement to the dialogue system - now you'll be able to minimize the main dialogue window to simultaneously admire the art and read the text.
