Sector Space changes
Added display VSync option in settings menu, defaults off.
Added cargo transfer modules for stations, moves materials from other stations in range.
Engine changes, double buffering all entities, optimized object manager, better performance, less memory use, and smaller GC footprint.
Fixed purchasing more than one credit voucher item would only cost the price of one voucher.
Fixed Tethers and Salvagers would use energy when firing other normal weapons.
Fixed possible random hard crash with ships unpacking from sector data during drawing frame.
Fixed hover tips drawing under the overlay menu.
Refineries now will only convert an ore they are able to process, this avoids wasting high tier ores when low tier refineries are equipped.
Windows will now be forced on screen when opened if their previous position is now considered offscreen, such as changing screen or window resolutions.
