Sector Space changes
Better error logging and handling, thread label and current date-time of exception is now written to log.
Changes to thread pacing to reduce drift and congestion issues experienced by some users, uses significantly less CPU time now.
Changed VSync implementation should take over render timing, disabled by default and not recommended for low resource systems!
Fixed players spawning at last Derelict station rather than last friendly active station.
Fixed Divine modifier jump drive recharge stat not applying.
Fixed issue where player derelicts would respawn when self destructed.
Fixed general issue with modifiers that don't apply bonuses after the gear stats are applied (out of order modifier).
Fixed gate placement logic, had wrong compare value order for min and max gate jump distances.
Fixed asteroid and debris textures not loading with correct texture scaling mode.
Fixed weapon mounts not going transparent when cloaked.
Removed double left click to autopilot on radar, right click still functions.
