Moved the HUD scale factor option from the launcher to the graphics options menu.
The ending and credits screens are now higher resolution and scale with the resolution.
Documented and improved the [c]blinkeffect[/c] command.
Added a button to enable/disable all mods.
The frame limit option now allows values up to 300 FPS.
Steam achievements can no longer be earned on custom maps.

Rooms are no longer limited to 128 triggerboxes.
Door entities can now specify an identifier with which they can be accessed via code.
Bug fixes:
Fixed flickering when opening/closing menus while v-sync is disabled.

Fixed SCP-1048 potentially being duplicated in the checkpoint event upon reloading.
Fixed some closed captions displaying from both dubbed and regular subtitles at the same time.
