SCP – Containment Breach changes
14 years ago today, SCP - Containment Breach was first released onto the world. Since then it has inspired countless derivative projects, been modded to the moon and back, and heavily shaped the public perception of SCP as a whole. What started as a fun little side project turned into one of the most notable indie horror game of the 2010s that managed to intrigue millions and the fact that we're still here celebrating its anniversary after all this time is a testament to how it managed to stand the test of time.
To celebrate, we're hosting our first...
Art Contest
The general theme is the celebration of 14 years of Containment Breach. What is Containment Breach to you? How would you capture its essence in a single piece of media?
Guidelines:
Entries are to be submitted to the #│cb-anniversary-art-contest channel on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/scpcb).
Any form of media may be submitted: Images, videos, audio, custom rooms, mods, and anything else you can or can't think of!
Only submit one entry per person, you may change/edit your entry later.
Entries should have been created during the event itself, although incorporating existing/pre-made assets is perfectly fine.
⭐ the entries of others that you like!
Keep it SFW (within the confines of the game).
Do not use AI.
The contest runs until the 29th of April (no matter where you are in the world).
The best and most popular entries will be showcased in a follow-up post here on the Steam page, as well as included in an anniversary tribute video set to release some time after the contest's conclusion.
Anniversary Update
We've also published a minor patch today, which includes a very special birthday surprise, which is only available for a limited time, see if you can find it!
