What’s New in v1.2:
🔹 Gameplay & Balance
Special Zombies now have higher max HP early-game, making them a real threat from the start.
Goliath’s HP has been increased for longer, more intense encounters -> feel the tension!
Enemy XP gain slightly reduced for smoother progression without overpowering early runs.
🔹 Visual & Feedback Improvements
Blood splatter now has more realistic force and “drip” momentum for melee attacks.
Explosion effects improved for better visual clarity.
General zombie graphics enhanced for more immersive combat.
🔹 UI & Quality-of-Life Fixes
Corrected controller navigation in Upgrade and Loadout menus.
Added background image to pre-game menu.
Slightly increased shotgun damage.
Roll/evade distance increased for smoother dodging.
Active skill use now triggers subtle controller vibration feedback.
Controller image updated to match latest changes.
Fixed third active skill UX issue – now correctly maps to R3.
🔹 Gameplay Decisions
When moving to a new map in the same run: all player build resets except gold, which now persists at 50%.
Skills and synergy progressions are maintained during runs, making your strategic choices matter more.
