Howdy folks, a larger build this time to finish up the week. Plenty of balance fixes, aggression changes and a big rework of some core systems. This should eliminate alot of the pain points that we've been getting stung by since release day.
Please note that some of the display information about settlements and fleets may change with this update. You shouldn't have to restart campaigns, but some of the names of settlements might change.
New
Changed some core systems around the Campaign Map saving / loading. This should help with the loot screen / blurred screen issues, NPC's reviving at incorrect times, as well as improving performance and stability across the board.
Ships take crew damage sometimes when hit by Round shot.
Damaged ships now have penalties to speed / turning and reload speeds / cannon firing amounts.
Fixes
Fixed up some Shipyard data that was incorrect
Fixed issue where Treasure maps would render Ship Wakes.
Removed some bottlenecks from the Colonial Barracks.
Fixed issue where faction ids were sometimes used instead of names when interacting with Mayors / Captains.
Fixed initial spawn positions for new characters on new Save/Load system.
Fixed Crew Numbers showing at incorrect levels.
Fixed issue where dismissing items/crew would not refresh cargo space display on ship.
Fixed issue where embarking crew onto a ship would cause it to duplicate during despawning.
Fixed LOD issue with Land Cannons causing them to disappear too early in some quality levels.
Fleets no longer spawn into the campaign map with pre-existing damage.
