Players:
6 New characters to choose from to play in matches.
Playable Characters Added:
Fire Guy
Water Guy
Grass Guy
Ice Guy
Air Guy
Dark Guy
For now, the characters are cosmetic only (aka there's no gameplay advantage to one vs the other).
We're looking to add unique traits, stats, advantages and disadvantages and more soon.
With 6 new characters, that brings us to 8 characters total.
The women characters will be worked on and shipped out next!
The models are done and just need to be textured and loaded into the character system.
Menus:
-Menus have been given a slight overhaul.
-Menu elements like toggles, buttons, sliders, dropdowns, tabs and more now have their own unique sounds when interacted with.
-Fixed instances where sounds may not play if other sounds were already playing
-Most menu items now have pitch variation
-Added a smooth 'woosh' when moving forward and back panels
-Most buttons now get bigger slightly when hovered over (most noticeable on Map Select, where we dial that up intentionally).
Character Select:
-Adjusted position of Team Logo to not clip underneath portraits
-Unique sounds for different menu elements
-AI difficulty has been given a more clear icon
-CPU players now have their name tag in grey, whereas human players will stay white
Map Select:
-New thumbnails for the elemental regions
-Refreshed layout. Now uses locations on the map (which some players felt was easier to understand).
