☢ Welcome to the Early Demo of Radioactivity!
Hey future Liquidators!
Big event and announcement! Radioactivity Onboarding - demo is finally out and free to play!

You must complete an onboarding process as a fresh candidate. Being a liquidator means getting your hands dirty with radioactive mess, literally! It's dynamic, it changes the nature around! It can harm you, of course, as well as mutated beings that adapted to it.
This is your first chance to explore the world and gameplay systems being built, and your feedback will help shape what’s next. Go ahead and give it a good vibe check! Of course, it's nowhere near perfect and as polished as I would like it to be, but hey, we are getting there and getting there fast ;)
Why Early Demo Release?
Understand what we as gamers like and don't like. Directly, no fluff or publishers in between me and you.
Building a project with this scope means focusing on quality step by step, which means lots of feedback is required.
Together we can shape it better, and in the meantime, I can polish each part and make sure it all feels right and everybody enjoys it the same way we enjoyed gaming back in the good old days ; )
What the Demo Is — and Isn't
What it is:
A linear, objective-driven experience to showcase core gameplay mechanics.
A technical test to refine performance, stability, and gameplay flow.
What it isn't:
It's not what the actual core gameplay loop will be.
It's not yet a procedural open world sandbox — where your team need to plan each deployment, analyze, and survive this all will come later!
Inspired By What's Missing
We millennials all remember this excitement of older video game titles, every game introduced something new and unique back then. Radioactivity is a creative and ambitious endeavour, built to fill a gap that I felt was missing in the survival horror and co-op space.
Think of good old S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but multiplayer, an Arma approach to strategic gameplay, combined with goodies from recent popular co-op horror genres like Lethal Company and R.E.P.O., sandboxing and creativity on top. Yummy.
What's Included in the Demo
Unique semi-realistic gun handling mechanics
Dynamic radiation (although not as obvious as it will be in the full game)
Early hazard mechanics and a mutant
A few early tools to help you do the job
Proximity voice chat
What's Coming (Roadmap)
Future Demo updates will bring:
Some of the new mechanics and gameplay systems that will be part of the full game
Expanded environments and hazards
Performance and stability improvements
And of course, more Geiger counters

Early Access: The Bigger Picture
In Early Access, Radioactivity will grow into:
A dynamic open world where every run feels different
Dynamic radiation - it moves, it is localized and global, it can be controlled or let loose
Strategic deployments to the radioactive wilderness, what steps, what area shall we cover next to reduce overall pollution and the consequences it brings
Day and night make a difference; stay in the exclusion area to figure out how
Flora and fauna are also dynamic and well, not as friendly as it look sometimes
The onboarding demo you’re playing today is the first step toward that much larger world.
Few known Issues (Being Worked On)
Demo is stuck on loading: Some older PC setups may have trouble launching the demo, the game freezes during load and never starts. It's an engine issue, unfortunately, but there are ways to fix it
- Menu FreezingRarely, the in-game pause menu might become unresponsive. Temporarily can be fixed by opening and closing it a few times
(Anything else is being tracked and patched ASAP)
Let's Build It Together
As any developer will tell you, your feedback, bug reports, and wishlist will truly shape where Radioactivity is heading, but I am working on it as a project of passion, being a gamer myself, I value creative endeavour in such genres, polished gameplay mechanics that gets more OP with skill, and well, grim rainy survival with a few friends..
