Plebs changes
Features:
Added new units for each Nation:
Greek Phalangite - Weakly armoured soldier who uses a Sarissa. Strong against weakly armoured enemies
Norsemen Shield-maiden - Highly armoured warrior that will charge at enemies causing extra damage. Strong against highly armoured enemies
Egyptian Slinger - A weakly armoured and hastily trained soldier with a Sling, deadly in large numbers. Strong against highly armoured enemies
All unit attacks have a 'Category' which specifies how strong they are against different levels of armour
Piercing attacks are great against weakly armoured units
Concussive attacks are great against strong armoured units
Destructive attacks are great against buildings
All units now have an 'Armour' level which defines how well they defend against different types of attack
Strong/High armour is strong against Piercing attacks
Medium armour is reasonably strong against all attack types
Weak/Low armour is string against Concussive attacks
All unit descriptions have been updated to reflect their armour level and their offensive strengths (i.e. the armour level they are highly effective against)
Each unit's weapon/armour metal colour and level is displayed under the units health when selected
Vastly improved the Tutorial
All tutorial steps have expanded descriptions
There are now 3 Tutorial challenges to complete
Each challenge contains hints for the current Nation
Icons display the expected mouse interaction to perform the tutorial action
When the tutorial step list is completed a sound is played
Resolved some step/action inconsistencies
All animations will now smoothly blend from the previous animation
Added unique animations for each direction units take damage from
Units and buildings being healed display a short animation
When moving a building's harvest area, the cursor is changed to indicate when the area can be moved
Added missing building upgrade models for some buildings
Gameplay:
Added Greek Spearsmith Workshop
Spearsmiths produce Spears from 1 Ingot
Spearsmiths produce 2x Sarissa from 1x Ingot and 1x Log
Added Greek Phalangite
Phalangite are trained at the Stratopedon and require 1x Sarissa
Added Norsemen Shield-maiden
Shield-maiden are trained at the Viking Camp and require 1x Round Shield and 1x Bearded Axe
Shield-maiden's 'Round Shield' are produced by Carpenters
Carpenters produce 2x Round Shields from 1x Ingot and 1x Log
Added Egyptians Slinger
Slingers are trained at the Armoury and require 1x Sling
Slinger's Sling are produced by Blacksmiths
Blacksmiths produce 1x Sling from 1x Sling Stone
Egyptian Sling Stones are produced by Stonecutters
Stonecutters produce 4x Sling Stones from 1x Rock
Pick between producing Sling Stones or Talatat from the Stonecutter's building window
Removed Egyptians Kiln
Shadoof now requires Adobe Brick instead of Olla
UI:
Add a tooltip to the Mine Attack/Defence selection
Removed repeated notifications on defeat
Levels:
A number of small changes to all levels
Bug-fixes:
Fixed some cases where buildings would stop being built
Stop vehicles that are being constructed from attacking enemies
Resolved not being able to target enemy Chariots
Resolved units attacking the unit within Chariots instead of the Chariot itself
Fixed the Masonry harvesting the same sand repeatedly
Fixed save games with '-' in the name not saving
Fixed some crashes
Fixed particles sometimes being shown incorrectly
