Features:
Added Multiplayer
Multiplayer games can be started from the 'Skirmish' game mode
Support for lobbies up to 6 players
Map and player settings are configured in the multiplayer lobby
Choice of Small, Medium, or Large maps, with up to 2, 4, or 6 players respectively
Each player can choose their nation, team, and livery in the lobby
Players can be invited via Steam or entering the unique lobby code
Players can rejoin the game from the main menu or via a Steam invite if they disconnect
Player text chat support in the lobby and in-game
Support for loading multiplayer game saves
Support for transferring the host on disconnection
Support for resynchronising the game state for all players
Gameplay:
Unit view distance reduces during the night
Mine Ore production is slightly slower
Mine metals are unlocked slightly faster
Plebs will get hungry sooner after being created
Hunger has a larger impact on all workers, increasing cooldowns and decreasing work speed
Allow keyboard map movement when units are selected
Improved units behaviour when following other units
A number of improvements to the AI
UI:
Add UI zooming
Increase/decrease the size of all UI elements
Higher UI zoom levels may lower visual clarity
Improved town-resource icon spacing
Added notification when a Mine has finished upgrading and a new ore can be selected
Added UI for roads and bridges
Fixed the number of mines in the bottom-left UI displaying incorrectly
Swapped the mine trait button text so the current text is the active trait
Performance:
Greatly reduced the memory and CPU usage when initially loading the list of levels
Improved the time it takes to close the game
Levels:
A number of improvements to random level generation
Fixed some large random maps having no terrain
Fixed Mines being placing incorrectly in some cases
Bug-fixes:
Fixed unit health not being displayed on some systems
Resolved Fog Of War flickering
Resolved Fog Of War rendering incorrectly when loading a saved game
Fixed the Campaign failing to load
Resolved water moving too quickly on some maps
Added missing or incorrect animations for some units
Fixed harbours not being placable
Fixed some farmers incorrectly pathing to animals
Stop multiple workers being assigned to buildings incorrectly
Fixed group unit selection when there are vehicles in the group
Fixed a crash when unloading levels
Fixed bridges being buildable outside of the players land
Fixed roads being buildable over water
Resolve setting the same target position for a unit causing them to stop moving
Fixed gates not opening or closing correctly
Fixed a crash when placing walls
