A new update has arrived, bringing new Traits to enrich the world of Pebble Knights, along with various quality-of-life improvements suggested by many of you.
This update focuses on helping you stay fully immersed in your adventure by improving AI companion behavior and reducing control-related frustrations.

[New Traits & Balance Adjustments]
New Traits Added
A total of 5 new Traits have been added, introducing new variables and playstyles.
Tier 1 Traits
Mukbang: Generates Heart Stones around you while eating, improving survivability.
Level Perk: Spawns a Trait Orb upon leveling up, helping you grow faster.
Tier 2 Traits
Fast Track: Triples EXP gained, allowing for much faster progression.
Tactical Reload: Restores 8 HP whenever you reload your weapon.
Dark Trait
Food Poisoning: Healing items no longer restore HP and instead make you poop. (Careful!)
Existing Trait Adjustments
Skipping Stone: Significantly increases the range of ranged weapons.
- Healing FactorTrait healing increased from 1 → 2.
[System & Quality of Life Improvements]
Door Interaction Update
Doors no longer open automatically when you stand near them. You must now press [F] to open doors, preventing accidental area transitions.
AI Companion Improvements
Improved combat behavior for AI companions. They now participate more actively during boss fights.
Sound Effects Added
Added unique sound effects to some Traits to enhance activation feedback.
Boss Damage Phase Improvement
After dealing maximum damage during a boss's stagger state, continued attacks will grant additional EXP and HP.
[Bug Fixes]
Based on your reports, the following issues have been fixed:
Combat & Controls
Fixed an issue where the movement speed reduction from the Minigun would sometimes not be removed.
Sound & Presentation
Fixed a bug where certain sound effects would loop indefinitely.
Adjusted achievement timing from "after credits end" to "when the ending begins" for faster feedback.
We'll keep working to make Pebble Knights even more fun.
