Reworked the entire panning system.
Fixed a bug where missiles would explode if the target died while the missile was in flight.
Reduced the difficulty of the 3rd and 6th planets.
Fixed a UI corruption (garbled text) issue caused by specific item bonuses.
Increased the values for Health Assessment.
Item selection now displays which weapons will benefit from the choice.
