The Next Playtest!
The next playtest begins March 27th at 4PM UTC!
We’re Inviting 5,000-10,000 Playtesters
The ~300 people who had access to the first playtest automatically have access to this one! We will also be inviting a bunch more people to participate in this one, as follows:
All Patreon supporters will receive early playtest access 48 hours before it begins. Remember if you would like to support us, you can find it here! https://www.patreon.com/House16Software
All Discord sign-ups will receive Steam keys closer to the playtest start time.
All approved creators in the official ORMOD Creator Program will receive Steam keys closer to the playtest start time. Each creator will also be given 5+ playtest keys to give away during the playtest.
Thousands of Steam sign-ups will be approved at random through Steam. These approvals will be sent out in waves during the playtest. The total amount depends on game stability.
Additional playtest key giveaways will take place in Discord. Anyone is welcome to participate, even if you already have access. You can give the extra keys to friends!
New Features
This playtest includes hundreds of updates based heavily on community feedback and votes. The bigger updates include:
A brand new map set in a lusher, mountainous region of No Man’s Land
Complete lighting overhaul with clearer visuals, brighter nights, and improved sun/moon
New weapon animations and sound improvements
New navigation and mapping features
Major overhaul to weapon mods and the weapon workbench
Reworked inventory and crafting system that is simpler and clearer
A new craftable hunting bow (crossbow and arrow types coming later!)
95%+ of reported bugs now fixed
We’re excited for you all to jump in and see how much the game has evolved in the last few weeks.
