Due to a number of things that I had to deal with in Real Life, namely stuff at work and negotiations for the lease extension, I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to have, and I wasn't able to do as much as I had hoped. Maybe I'm a bit burnt out as well. Regardless, I did manage to work out the controls preferences, even though the keys rebinding took me days. I'll avoid the technical reasons, but so annoying.

Thus, as the demo isn't quite in the state I'd like it to be in yet, I have decided to skip the October Next Fest and join the one after, which unfortunately is no sooner than February, so I am putting the game up for a march 2026 release.

The demo should be tried and tested in my opinion before it goes to Next Fest.

To rush it the way it is I feel would be a disservice to everybody and the game itself.

I apologize for any disappointment this might cause.
