Hi Everyone!
This patch has a whole bunch of fixes across many part of the game. Thanks again for the bug reports and save games, it's been very helpful in finding and fixing issues!
Here are the changes for the latest build:

Improvements
Logistics routes restore when destroyed buildings are rebuilt
Pre-populate a reasonable guess for desired amounts for logistics (experimental, let us know what you think about this!)
Allow transports carts to be built on roads
Fixes
Fixed bridges being collapsed when a gate touching them is destroyed
Fixed fire engines being assigned to other landmasses
Fixed mason scaffolds not cleaning up properly when building under repair was destroyed
Fixed happiness math not applying dead body debuffs properly
Tweaked invasion scaling
Other small fixes
