Dev HUGE! Update – Survival, Weather, Vehicles & More!

We’ve been working on a lot of fixes, improvements, and new content to make the experience smoother and more immersive. Gameplay & Survival Fixed an issue where left click could stop working after certain interactions.

Gameplay & Survival

  • Fixed an issue where left click could stop working after certain interactions.

  • Snow now affects your character temperature.

  • Added a new snow tutorial section.

  • Improved tutorial visibility and readability.

  • Campfires now provide more heat when fueled with wood.

  • Fixed campfire cooking.

  • Campfire temperature adjusted from 20 → 10 for better balance.

  • Clothing has been rebalanced to provide a little more temperature protection.

  • Added a radiation warning on screen while entering military radiation zones.

  • Fixed the last radiation quest so it can now be completed correctly.

  • Improved trader explanations.

  • New Quest UI coming soon.

Combat & Equipment

  • Machete damage adjusted to 20.

  • Added SCAR bullet type. 7.62mm

  • Added a new craftable weapon.

  • Added a new gun to the tutorial.

  • Fixed hats removing beard and eyebrows.

  • Returning to a different zombie model that fits the game style better.

  • Testing bandits (early version) — they can fight zombies and attack players too. Steam post image

World Improvements

  • Fixed workbench collision.

  • Fixed camera going under the map while using vehicles.

  • Fixed floating props at the dock.

  • Fixed boxes at the dock.

  • Added a new house near the east spawn. Steam post image

  • Added bunker interiors. Steam post image

  • Removed unusable ladders.

  • Reworked trees across the map by hand (no PCG) for a better world result.

  • Lots of new POIs to explore.

Vehicles

  • Increased vehicle durability.

  • Fixed helicopter exit input when remapping keys (Thanks Streetz! ❤️)

Optimisation

  • Ongoing optimisation work to improve performance.

  • Map tree as been delete and replace by hand.

  • Map got re-done

  • WIpe for the Demo.
