Fixed issue where players could obtain negative stamina regen pause, permanently draining stamina.
Nerfed bonus to regen pause from endurance and reduced malus from armor.
Fixed item duplication issue with vendors and backpacks.
Scrap pickaxe enemies now have a chance to drop null shards, and a small chance to drop the pickaxe.
Pipes in the lighthouse descent should no longer have fall damage.
