Minigunner Build 0.8.4.0 Patch Notes
Introducing a wide variety of underground rooms that hold special terminals to buy, trade, and duplicate items, giving you way more agency over your builds! We're also rolling out some spicy system adjustments to streamline the progression of each run!

Explore the catacombs!
General
-Added new rooms to the underground mines! These rooms are in a new area behind a locked blast door. You can unlock it by defeating the boss and restoring power, or you can force it open early by paying some scrap to do so
-The rooms have interactable objects inside that you can use in various ways, giving you an added level of agency and decision making when it comes to your item builds
Interactable Interface
-Bosses will now drop a keycard upon death (and an extra keycard if defeated without taking any damage during the fight)
-These keycards can be used as a unique currency in the underground, allowing you to access special locked rooms
-The power in the outpost will now properly go out during a powerline disruption!
-The current threat level is now displayed under the small minimap in the top right
-New VFX for Fragile Monocle, Tactical Scope, Sprouting Amber, Ammo Pouch, and Multi-Stimpack Injector
-Cleaned up "Interact Text" display
-📡 You can now back out of menus with the 'B' button (or equivalent) on Controller!
-📡 New visual indicator for Steel Bootcaps' activation progress
-📡 New visual indicator for vents when you get the Forgotten Screwdriver!
-📡 Updated Combat Crosshair to pop out more
Enemies
-Reduced the waves per threat level from 5 to 4, now there's a total of 20 waves to beat (previously 25) Our goal is to shorten the total run time of a run, so the game will be quicker hop in to and beat!
-The average scrap income from waves overall will remain the same as before
-Improved wave spawning mechanics, so now a single wave can dynamically get more challenging as it progresses!
-Minor improvements to enemy health bar functionality, each color of health bar can now hold up to 600 health
New Interactables
The Outpost -Industrial Scrapper Choose an item to destroy for scrap
This new interactable gives you the ability to remove any item from your inventory at any point in your run! Get rid of a pesky anti-synergistic item, or sell something to gain just enough scrap for a big purchase in the shop!
The Underground Catacombs NOTE: Even though every floor has random rooms and layouts, each floor is guaranteed to have a Medbay room, and each Medbay is guaranteed to have a Medpack Dispenser. This means you always have access to consistent healing before/ after each boss fight!

Laboratory (Keycard Required) -Experimental Fabricator Trade a random rare item for 2 random rare items
-Scientific Unit Replacer Trade a rare item for a preselected rare item
-Reactive Centrifuge Pay scrap to choose an item from a changing selection
Administrative Office (Keycard Required) -Elite Fabricator Trade a random legendary item for 2 random legendary items
-Maximum Security Safe Trade 3 keycards for a random legendary item
-Administrative Unit Replacer Trade a legendary item for a preselected legendary item
-Executive Trade Computer Trade 2 random rare items for a random legendary item

Drillminer
-Dynamite Toss Explosion damage increased 100 -> 150
Sentries & Drones
-All sentry and drone damage scaling has been removed
-Sentry turn speed increased for better tracking on fast moving targets
-Increased the base damage of all sentries and drones
-Slightly increased sentry and attack drone base prices
-Sentry and drone repeat purchase price increase removed (except for defense drones)
-There is now a max purchase limit of 3 for every sentry and drone type
Items
-All fire/ burning effects now have a consistent and improved afterburn damage and duration OLD: 40 dmg over 4 sec / 60 dmg over 6 sec NEW: 80 dmg over 8 sec
-Whispering Lantern Now ALL enemies have a chance to drop lantern pick-ups (instead of just large enemies) Lanterns needed per level increased 3 -> 5 Chance on kill for lantern to drop reduced 20% -> 3%
-Improved Schematics Overclock firerate increased +40% -> +60%
-Molten Metal Overclock damage increased +50% -> +75%
-Beamer Brigade's Bugle Beamer health increased 20 -> 24 This item can now stack! Each stack increases the health and damage of the beamers Beamers now take double damage during boss fights
-Purified Moongem Scrap gained at wave start increased 10 (+20 per threat level) -> 15 (+20 per threat level)
-Corrupted Moongem Scrap gained at wave start increased 15 (+30 per threat level) -> 20 (+30 per threat level)
-Safety Compliance Scrap gained per armor at wave end increased 12 -> 25
-Ammonite Ammo gained at wave end increased 2 -> 4
-Nanowrap Bandage Chance to heal after each wave increased 25% -> 40%
-Crit Prisms Base crit damage increased 200% -> 300% Crit chance granted from all prisms reduced by 50% New special damage text icon for dealing a critical hit!
-Collecting Vial Buff crit chance boost increased 75% -> 100% Buff duration reduced 12 seconds -> 8 seconds Buff no longer grants +25% firerate
-Charging Prism Cooldown refund on hit increased +5% -> +10%
-Excited Prism Firerate boost duration increased 1 second -> 2 seconds
-Amplifying Prism Crit damage boost increased +50% -> +100%
-Overloading Prism Overloading explosion damage increased 20 -> 40 Overloading explosion size increased by +10%
-Explosive Detonator Dynamite dropped per roll decreased 3 -> 2 Max active dynamite decreased 9 -> 6 Dynamite explosion damage increased 80 -> 100
-Steel Bootcaps Damage boost increased +50% -> +100% Added a new indicator that shows progress towards next activation
-Forgotten Screwdriver Added a new indicator that shows active vents Added 3 new vent exits to key areas of the map Movement speed after venting duration increased 1.5 seconds -> 3 seconds The screwdriver will also let you bypass the underground blast door and let you access a keycard locked room for free!

Enemies can drop blocks that discount the shop's random roll option by 99%
UNLOCKED WITH NEW ACHIEVEMENT: Rolling the Bones Use the shop's random roll option 30 times across all runs

Deploy a swarm of drones in dangerous situations
UNLOCKED WITH NEW ACHIEVEMENT: Canary in the Cryon Mine Enter a boss fight with at least 4 drones

-Fixed a bug where if you got hit by a train while rolling, you wouldn't take any damage
-Fixed a bug in the tutorial where you couldn't move after respawning because of a death
