Combat & Gameplay
Melee Combat System Added
New procedural melee weapon and armor generation.
Fully redesigned equipment system to support melee-focused builds.
Shield Mechanics Introduced
Shields regenerate when the player is out of combat.
Melee weapons have an increased chance to regenerate shields, encouraging aggressive close-range playstyles.
Armor System Overhaul
Five armor tiers with 45 prefixes and suffixes.
Enemies can now spawn wearing procedurally generated weapons and armor.
Enemies drop the armor they were wearing upon death.
Expanded Enemy Behaviors
Basic faction enemies can now spawn with ranged abilities.
Ranged enemies attempt to maintain distance from the player.
Certain enemies can now resist stuns and slows.
Performance & Stability
Fixed numerous resolution-related issues across various display setups.
Massive performance optimizations resulting in significantly higher and more stable FPS.
Added early Windows DPI awareness for improved scaling on high-resolution displays.
World & Faction Systems
New Convoy System
Convoys are moving faction groups with defined origin and destination sectors.
Convoys now appear on the faction map showing:
Faction ownership
Current location
Destination
Current state (e.g. Traveling)
Nearby convoys display a movement “tail” to visually represent group motion.
New Simulation Layer
Dynamically affects faction control across the map.
Influences trading prices and the occurrence of random events.
Bosses & Enemies
Increased procedural boss sprite variety.
Added two new bosses:
Street Runner
Synthetic
Fixed an issue where bosses could be attacked by their own summoned enemies.
Trading & Economy
Trading system expanded with faction-specific trading NPCs.
Added 8 new trading NPCs, two for each major faction.
Equipment & Loot
Added new rare motherboard class: Architect
Features large, neatly organized grids.
Includes expanded CPU, GPU and RAM slot sections.
Reward systems modernized for clearer progression and better pacing.
Visuals & UI
Added movement animations for characters.
Multiple UI quality-of-life improvements.
Fixed an issue that could cause overlapping text in certain UI elements.
