Reduced the frequency of crises.
'Unit can't reach destination' message can show up globally now.
'Other vehicles are fulfilling this vehicle's job' alert now lists out what vehicles or maglevs are doing so.
Bug fix - Destroying a main base of a factions no longer sells their land plot. All structures must be destroyed from that plot for them to lose that land. This prevents ally factions from keeping structures on land they don't own.
Bug fix - Turret UI rendered beneath move UI.
Bug fix - Fixed tube UI not updating sometimes.
Bug fix - Alerts, if cut off, still print out the verbose message when moused over.
Bug fix - If you can't relocate or destroy a structure, the option will stay, but it'll throw an error informing you why when you try to do so (rather than hide the option entirely).
