MegaFactory Titan has finally released after a long journey in Early Access!

First, a big thank you to everyone who played the game in Early Access. Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping the game into what it is today. An overwhelming majority of features added during Early Access came entirely from the player base. Additionally, your bug reports were crucial in finding so many issues that were eventually corrected!

It's been a long journey, four and a half years in Early Access. Some highlights along the way:

  • Wonderful portrait art by the talented Joel DuQue.

  • Localization into 14 languages.

  • A graphical overhaul with new features like Atmospheric Scattering, Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, Tone Mapping, and Film Grain, as well as tube lights to illuminate up your factory.

  • Hundreds of new vehicles and structures to build and use.

  • A tech tree that is not only over double the size of what originally debuted in Early Access, but far more streamlined and readable.

  • Weather: hydrocarbon rain and snow, both of which can be modified using the right weather control technology.

  • Habitation and living considerations for the workers working your factory. Gotta keep those workers happy!

  • Heating and cooling dynamics. Keep your workers warm and your smelters cool!

  • Advanced pollution dynamics which can vastly affect weather patterns.

  • A redone excavation and mining transport system which lets you strip mine the world of Titan much more easily.

  • Orbital attacks and orbital defenses.

  • The crisis engine, which pits you against either surges of enemy attackers, or meteor showers, or dangerous weather events. This feature is toggleable at game start for players who do not wish to encounter crises.

  • A job board for players who prefer to get jobs themselves rather than getting solicited for jobs.

  • Exploreable ruins spanning the entire moon.

  • One new ally faction, the Low Orbit Mercantile Guild, and two new enemy factions, the Wildland Marauders and the Cererian Raiders.

  • Player faction unique abilities.

  • Vehicle and structure augmentations.

  • Achievements.

  • A vastly improved terrain generation system.

  • Steam Workshop and Mod Support.

  • A completely overhauled user interface.

  • Thousands of small user experience improvements, like to ability to clear up clogs in your tubes with one click.

  • Tons of performance improvements and bug fixes.

Version 1.0 primarily fixes up a number of small bugs and issues. However, it also adds one more significant feature: a proper Storage Priority system. Now you can set up storage priorities in Maglev networks, and ensure resources are assigned based on how high or low a storage's priority is set to.

I hope you enjoy the game, and please report and further issues you find to the Steam forums, Discord, or Reddit!

Tell your friends and streamers to give the game a try!

For Streamers and Youtubers: Please disable the music before uploading or streaming to avoid any potential license issues.

Enjoy the Release!
