greetings!
We have updated the demo today at 10:30 and enabled Sandbox Mode along with its related peerage and kingship systems (including “Diplomacy,” “Trade,” “Bribery,” and other related features). We hope you enjoy your time in the game!Notes:
In the initial setup of Sandbox Mode, the “Grand Ambition” objective has not yet been implemented.
The peerage system can be accessed by clicking the circular button at the top of the interface. Please note that the promotion animation is currently a temporary placeholder asset. Thank you for your understanding.

● Optimization Updates
Optimized the refresh and loading logic for HUD and building lists, reducing unnecessary performance consumption.
Optimized the loading method for certain UI images and troop card images, reducing instances where images fail to display properly.
Improved harvesting efficiency for large farmland areas, making the harvest operation smoother.
Optimized the visual effects of farmland and improved the visual experience in snowy conditions.
Adjusted the layout and display effects of certain dialogue interfaces and building panels.
Supplemented and corrected text descriptions for some national policies, effects, and numerical values.
Updated portions of the localization and translation content.
● Balance Adjustments
Adjusted the knife coin (Dao Bi) income from certain national policies and abilities to create a more balanced overall pace.
Reduced the numerical values of some high-yield acquisition methods.
Lowered the probability of certain high-yield random outcomes.
● Bug Fixes
Fixed abnormal issues with collection, position, and orientation for some ore nodes and resource points.
Fixed certain terrain holes and abnormal unit displacement in extreme cases.
Fixed the issue where troop cards occasionally failed to display images after loading a save.
Fixed the abnormal allowance of road construction when the road endpoint is located in a river.
Fixed abnormal status and display issues with certain building function buttons.
Fixed issues related to city walls, building snapping, and disaster effects.

Iterated on the scene marking function, further improving the user experience.
Added small vegetation and cliff models around spawn points and lakes to reduce overly empty areas in certain regions.
Optimized the boundary fog effect, enhancing the overall scene atmosphere and long-distance visuals.
Adjusted navigation behavior in bridge and river areas to reduce pathfinding abnormalities in some regions.
Adjusted numerical values related to retainer knife coin production.
Supplemented some missing dialogue content.
Fixed certain translation issues in the tutorial.
Fixed a crash that could occur when clicking the recruit button again after saving/loading following recruitment.
Fixed the issue where some reward items entered the wrong warehouse and optimized the categorization logic for special warehouses.
Optimized save/load times in certain situations.
Fixed abnormal expansion of unit detection range in individual cases.
Improved stability in some scenes and reduced the probability of GPU crashes and prolonged stuttering.
Attempted to fix certain GPU crashes.
Significantly accelerated save loading speed.

● Experience and Visual Optimization:
Optimized the swaying and spinning issues that could occur when soldiers move at high speed multipliers.
- Optimized text display logicFixed text overflow issues with overly long text. Some text will now automatically adjust according to the scene for a cleaner display.
- Fixed task panel UI issueResolved the bug where the video playback button would stretch and deform when the task title was too long.
- Optimized winter sceneryAdjusted the lighting and shadow performance of downstream resource views in winter for more harmonious visuals.
● Scene and Terrain Detail Refinement:
Cliff surfaces now appear more moist and natural during rainy weather, no longer looking abrupt.
Added additional occlusion cliffs near some mines and optimized the interaction and connection effects between rivers, lakes, and cliffs for smoother terrain transitions.
● Unit and Numerical Adjustments
- Chariot balanceSlightly reduced the health and maximum health of chariots to ensure that a full squad of chariots has slightly lower tankiness than a full squad of Hundred-Man Teams, making unit roles clearer.
- Troop movement fixOptimized long-distance troop movement performance and fixed abnormal issues that could occur during marches.
- Unit detail enhancementAdded more varied idle animations for standby soldiers, making stationed troops look less monotonous.
The current demo experience will continue until after the May Day holiday. The exact removal time will be announced separately. We hope Mandate Order can accompany all our Builders during the holiday season.
