Summary
Added visible building level pips so upgraded structures can be read at a glance in the world.
Improved the building upgrade panel so hovered upgrade options remain selectable during automatic panel refreshes.
Fixed upgrade option selection when authored option IDs do not match their visible row order.
Added Spanish language support across the game UI and update notes.
Bug Fixes
Upgrade option buttons now keep their node, focus, and hover state during passive quick-panel updates.
Building upgrade clicks now resolve the visible row first, then pass the correct authored upgrade ID to the building.
Reduced a frustrating case where an upgrade looked highlighted but would not select until the mouse moved again.
Other Changes
Updated the in-game Latest Updates summaries for v0.6.1 in every supported language.
Added regression coverage for building upgrade selection refreshes.
Added regression coverage for the new building level indicator.
