Lost Lives changes
Changelog:
Fixed a bug where bots would shoot past the player.
Fixed a bug where the map would fail to load, or load incorrectly, on the client side.
Fixed a bug involving the incorrect display of secret stashes.
Fixed a bug where upgrade prices in Endless Mode were set to 1x for a client joining a match already in progress.
Fixed the display of Endless Mode servers in the lobby list.
Fixed a bug involving unlootable corpses.
Now, when joining an in-progress Endless Mode match, the player is assigned an average level relative to the other players to help compensate for the late start.
Slightly increased the chance that an enemy will surrender.
