Version 1.0.22 introduces an all-new airborne combat system, expands stamina management, adds new Generator upgrades, significantly improves the Perk Shop, and includes numerous gameplay improvements, bug fixes, and visual polish.

New Gameplay Features

Airborne Combat

Powerful attacks can now launch players and enemies into the air, creating entirely new combat interactions.

  • Players can now be launched into the air by powerful enemy attacks

  • Enemies can now become airborne from powerful player attacks

  • Airborne targets are temporarily immune to most attacks until they land

  • Airborne players and enemies now properly display hit flash effects

  • Players can now be launched over walls

  • Body parts and debris can also become airborne and retain momentum after landing

Expanded Attack Interactions

Several abilities now make use of the new airborne system.

  • Swindle's Slam now launches both himself and nearby enemies into the air

  • Seismic Turret now launches enemies airborne

  • Tank and Boss Tank explosions launch nearby players

  • Sward's Special now launches enemies and inflicts the Shocked debuff

  • Vehicles, Molotov explosions, shrapnel, and debris now create more dynamic destruction effects

Stamina & Movement Changes

The stamina system has been expanded to make mobility a more meaningful resource.

  • Dashing now consumes stamina

  • Running out of stamina reduces dash distance and effectiveness

  • Players visibly sweat when exhausted

  • Fixed Ron regenerating stamina while dashing

New Generator Upgrades

Two new Generator Boosts have been added.

Shockwalls

  • Electrifies nearby walls

  • Damages and inflicts Shocked on nearby enemies

  • Increased Shockwall hitbox size for better coverage

Essence Factory

  • Generates additional Essence to help support late-game progression

Perk Shop Improvements

The Perk Shop has received a substantial overhaul.

  • Player Level Up has been integrated directly into the shop

  • Reorganized shop categories for easier navigation

  • Character-specific perks have been moved into the Attack section

  • Added many new upgrade previews

  • Shop buttons are now fully animated

  • Buttons react when hovered, selected, or purchased

  • Locked upgrades better communicate their requirements

  • Upgrade prices now display in red when unaffordable

  • Improved sprite scaling, layering, and overall presentation

Visual Improvements

  • Towers now explode into individual pieces when destroyed

  • Mechanical enemies leave improved debris

  • Alpha Bombers now shatter into proper pieces

  • Necromaster now levitates over walls

  • Improved airborne visuals for status effects, arrows, and debris

  • Updated Gold-to-Money exchange icon

  • Added additional menu and button animations

Base Customization

Work has begun on the upcoming Base Customization feature.

  • Initial systems and camera behavior have been implemented

  • Foundation work has been added for future updates

Fixes & Polish

  • Fixed Sphere Boss energy waves not damaging players correctly

  • Fixed players becoming stuck inside walls after being launched

  • Fixed tower regeneration exceeding intended health values

  • Fixed several shop UI and upgrade display issues

  • Fixed controller-related title screen issues

  • Fixed revive input unintentionally pausing the game

  • Fixed multiple crashes and gameplay bugs

  • Continued optimization and overall performance improvements throughout the game
