Patch Update – Bug Fixes and Improvements Now Live

This update introduces combat timing refinements, audio mixing improvements, traversal polish, and environment fixes across multiple regions of the game. Thank you to everyone continuing to share feedback with us.

Gameplay & Combat Balance Improvements

  • Adjusted early-game enemy damage to be more forgiving while players get accustomed to combat

  • Updated Kota Ravagers encounter balance to provide a fairer experience

  • Adjusted balance for several bosses in the second half of the game to improve overall challenge progression

  • Further tuned easier difficulty settings to be more forgiving overall

  • Adjusted unarmed attack behavior for improved responsiveness and balance

  • Improved camera responsiveness and dynamism during gameplay

  • Adjusted balance for status effects to improve overall combat consistency and fairness

  • Fixed an issue where critical damage multipliers were applied incorrectly during unarmed combat

  • Added enemy status effect indicators above health bars to improve combat feedback

  • Added invulnerability frames (i-frames) during interaction animations such as pulling levers and opening doors

  • Temporarily disabled dynamic difficulty adjustments while we continue refining balance alongside recent updates to Story and Pet modes

Boss Encounter Improvements

  • Improved visual anticipation for Lophi’s second-phase water pillar attacks, ensuring telegraphs now appear correctly for each effect

UI & Interaction Fixes

  • Fixed an issue preventing players from unequipping Echoes from the preparation menu

  • Adjusted the dialogue widget to resolve unintended behavior during conversations

Tutorial & Onboarding Improvements

  • Added spell tutorial videos to help players better understand spell functionality and usage

Audio Improvements & Fixes

  • Updated teleport-to-Font sound effects for improved clarity and consistency

  • Removed unintended dialogue from Hira during the cure/kill decision interaction

  • Reduced ambient weather audio volume in the Hira arena

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Added access to the Credits screen from the main menu
