Repeated intro

Hello everyone.

changedBut don't worry, all of this is to bring you the game in the best format we can, especially considering how much feedback we have gathered about your experience with the current gameplay, dialogues, and some design choices we made. We've been following the community hub to reply where we can and to ensure that everyone is heard. We would rather have a solid Early Access launch than release the game in a state where you have a poor experience, then try to fix the airplane as it flies. Any delays so far happened because we are doing our best to keep your feedback and experience in mind.
addedPerformance and new ETA
changedWe had issues with DirectX and the way the game settings were being saved, which is why some people are experiencing crashes and couldn't keep settings saved between sessions. We pushed Early Access backward to run proper tests and to make sure the game matches the minimum requirements on our Steam page.
changedWe plan to join Steam Scream Fest this October. During the event we will update the demo and open a bit more content than the current public build so you can feel the storyline we are shaping for Early Access.
addedThe prologue quests happen before what you see from Kalyskah as she wakes in the dungeon. That storyline is not fully implemented yet and it is part of what we will release when Early Access begins. It will include several quests, glimpses of how Kalyskah takes care of her Legion, and some new companions who sometimes follow her, such as Ilreth. You met her at the Garden of Earthly Delights in the current demo. In the prologue she will join Kalyskah to investigate a missing member of the Legion. There's also smaller quests where Kalyskah can rescue civilians, later convince them to join her Legion, help her legend spread, and handle matters that got out of hand as she returns to this palace she has.
addedWe have been designing new outfits. One belongs to a friend of Kalyskah’s Legion called Amara and will be included in the next release. Other outfits, such as attires for Kalyskah’s servants and civilians of the prologue era, are still a work in progress, but we plan to have at least one or two new outfits ready for the Early Access stage, and release more as the months go by.

Here is a little of what we have been doing:

Performance and new ETA

We had issues with DirectX and the way the game settings were being saved, which is why some people are experiencing crashes and couldn't keep settings saved between sessions. We pushed Early Access backward to run proper tests and to make sure the game matches the minimum requirements on our Steam page.

Steam Scream Fest and the demo

We plan to join Steam Scream Fest this October. During the event we will update the demo and open a bit more content than the current public build so you can feel the storyline we are shaping for Early Access.

Open world systems, NPC ecology, and fauna will not be in this demo yet. Those parts are being rebuilt.

Prologue quests

The prologue quests happen before what you see from Kalyskah as she wakes in the dungeon.

Art and clothing

We have been designing new outfits.

Romance and animations

We will be expanding the romantic animations on the next Demo Release. These include Kalyskah hugging, kissing and being tender to her partner. A recent community survey showed people want to see quests that lead to more of these interactions, so we are building quests that make use of these scenes. We aim to balance content for romancing both male and female characters for the Early Access window so players have options that better fit their tastes. Notice that 'romance' is a strong word considering Kalyskah's personality, but the idea is the same, she will have opportunities to use more of her seductive and sensual side to achieve her goals.

Team Expansion

We are growing the team so we can push more fronts at once. The systems described above and the combat system are both getting a rework based on your feedback. These will land in Early Access, since we will not have time to make all the necessary improvements before the demo update this month.

Roadmap Early Access is now targeted for the first trimester of 2026.

Our goal is to release it in time, but our highest priority is to offer a good gameplay experience combined with good performance and, once Early Access starts, to offer regular updates on Steam to make your investment in our project worth it. To get there, we need a solid foundation and we cannot rush this. We are doing as much of the rework and improvements as we can now, so once Early Access starts everything can go smoothly and there will not be too much time between updates with new content and quests. For that we need a little more time.

Thank you for reading and for supporting the project.

We will share dates and build notes as soon as each piece is ready.
