Hi!
I've finally did what I had in mind from beginning, a map with randomly placed buildings:
Randomville

So every game will be different on this map.
It also has unique seasoned special events:
winter - storm - slower walking,
summer - heatwave - fridge food rottens and mood decreases,
autumn - electricity fail - random buildings not available.
Other things:
I've upped salaries and decreased cost of gym, this should make game more dynamic.
Your house/condo can be randomly set on fire, which results in some items burned. Smoke detector/fire extinguisher can help prevent it.
Updated house screens
New pets, the Fish, Chicken and Raccoon! Chicken can lay eggs (xtra food) or make "You forgot to eat" event less bad. Raccoon steals some items for you, if you're lucky. Pet food storage is limited now, and each pet consumes 1 food per week.
Item upkeep: some items uses electricity which costs money every week. If you don't have enough cash, it will be added to your bank's loan. Solar panels on house reduce this cost in summer/autumn
Washing machine and washing powder extend your current cloth life
New turn screen with separated info about happiness points
Some items require another item to buy or function
Art pieces you have created, increase in value over weeks - based on your popularity. If you're lucky You can try selling them in Art building at Exhibition, they will be sold at elevated price, also final price multipler is popularity based.
Lots of new ticket events. Tickets can spawn additional bonuses and awards. For example. win cash at casino, or negative - waiting line when visiting museum.
Market new items: healthy food (adds time, like coffee in Venice map), seeds - may produce 0-3 food supply in summer/autumn when relaxing in House, needs Gardening Kit
Evil item 'thunderstorm' disables working for a turn (for all)
You can lose your job if you stop coming to work
Disable Unreal Engine's Nanite and Virtual shadow maps = fps boost

life setback cards tweak e.g. you can't have 'need to relax' while already have 'work more' card
- if you switch from house to low rent, house items won't work anymorewon't add its bonuses on new turn (happiness etc)
bank buttons: withdraw 500$ and buy 50 stocks for quickly managing penny stocks
thief more common
pet food decreases by amount of pets, not 1 by week; cheaper pet food
gym stress reduction items additional -4, greatly reduced price of gym items
Photo Album item gift (+4 happiness) when you make 20 photos
Drone acts similar to Camera but gives +4 mood instead of +3 when photographing
houses event: relaxing with Gramophone and Relaxing Music items may boost mood
house event: Radio will also warn you about possible special event happening next week (like closed buildings or winter storm)
washing machine extends cloth's life
gfx:
- optionsadded options to switch to less detailed shadows and meshes (+20-50% fps depending on hardware)

stat panels when hovering over player avatar was stuck on screen sometimes
there was no visual cue on gifts granted when completed life setback card with 'random hat' gift
music not playing when set to zero and then moved to > 0
